As Associate Attorney, Adriana advises clients on various real estate matters, primarily concerning the real estate closing process. Before joining Hoard Law, P.C., she spent a year doing public interest work for a nonprofit in Charlotte, North Carolina and then spent several months at a real estate firm in Asheville, North Carolina learning the ins and outs of the closing process. She also worked at a small firm in Nashville, Tennessee while attending law school, where she was able to gain experience in various practice areas including both civil and criminal law, family law, and contract law.
Adriana was born and raised in Albuquerque, New Mexico and received her undergraduate degree from the University of New Mexico prior to attending law school. She graduated with BA’s in both Political Science and Spanish and completed a minor in Portuguese after spending a year abroad in Brazil. In 2016, she graduated from Vanderbilt Law School with her JD and a certification in business from Vanderbilt’s Law and Business program. As a native Spanish speaker, Adriana loves to stay active and volunteer within the Hispanic/Latino community as much as possible. While in college, she served as a Board Member for Dual Language Education of New Mexico, has presented as a guest speaker at various national dual language education conferences, and served as President of Vanderbilt Law School’s Latino student organization, La Alianza.
In her free time, Adriana loves to spend time with her dog, Winston, try out new recipes, travel, and explore the outdoors. As a native Spanish speaker, Adriana loves to stay active and volunteer within the Hispanic/Latino community as much as possible. While in college, she served as a Board Member for Dual Language Education of New Mexico.
